Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders across levels to drive alignment on priorities and outcomes

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Lead - Digital Transformation will drive enterprise-wide change by leading high-impact programs that support long-term value creation. For the first 18-24 months, the primary vehicle for this transformation (75%) will be steering the business-readiness and organizational alignment for our global ERP rollout in India. This is a high-visibility, non-technical role focused on process governance, cross-cultural conflict resolution, and strategic change management. Post-implementation, the role will naturally expand into broader transformation initiatives, new product launches, and market entry strategies. The role requires high ownership, problem solving skills, managing multiple complex workstreams, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing the long-term transformation goals with short-term business priorities.
