Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver wellbeing services, activities, and initiatives for residents and the local community. Lead our 24/7 emergency response team, ensuring prompt and professional support. Build strong relationships with local GPs, health services, and community organisations. Carry out wellbeing assessments and monitor residents' progress. Provide coaching, guidance, and training for your team and colleagues. Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development. Promote healthy lifestyles and encourage residents to make the most of the village's wellbeing facilities. About You You'll be a confident leader with excellent people skills, a genuine passion for promoting health and wellbeing, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. You'll also be proactive, community focused, and committed to delivering an outstanding resident experience. Essential Skills & Experience Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, including CPR and use of a defibrillator. Experience in wellbeing, health promotion, community, or customer focused roles. Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team. Confidence in building partnerships with local organisations and healthcare professionals.
