Overall Purpose: To lead, direct, and optimize a team of telesales representatives in a consumer call center, driving revenue growth through effective sales and upselling strategies while ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Leadership and Customer Experience: Lead a consumer telesales organization to exceed customer experience objectives and manage people effectively. Operational Management and Efficiency: Direct daily activities and execution of call centers and vendor operations to achieve revenue goals and reduce expenses.
