Responsibilities

• To lead operators 10~15 and control production schedule, delivery time and output .
• Responsible for the planning and management of production line operation .
• Implement production goals and achieve production indicators .
• Responsible for the operator supervision and performance appraisal .
• Cross department communication and coordination in response to production progress and demand
• Supervisor assignments .
• What you will bring along:
• Graduate of college or above.
• Major in business management, industrial management, industrial engineering related department.
• Better with working experience in semiconductor .
• Able to use Microsoft Office .
• Able to read English.
