About the role

Requirements

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls

  • Basic knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
  • Familiar with personal computers and basic software applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Physically able to work in confined areas and lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

  • This is a hands-on position that will require standing for long durations of your day and working directly with hardware on the floor.

Shifts Available: Wed - Sat 1st shift (5 am - 4:30pm) Purpose This role is part of Advanced Manufacturing Operations, which encompasses Metrology, Machining, Anodizing, Assembly, and the Cleaning Line. The support technician will assist in day-to-day operations within a fast-paced production environment and contribute to a variety of manufacturing and facilities-related tasks. Responsibilities may include assisting with CNC machining operations, basic disassembly and assembly work, part cleaning, hand trimming, and deburring of components post-machining. They may also operate small machinery, move and pack materials, and perform minor preventative maintenance while maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is a hands-on, entry-level position that requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn on the job. The individual will work closely with experienced technicians and receive 1:1 mentorship across multiple disciplines including machining, anodizing, and facility operations. Candidates should be motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative team.
