General knowledge of MWR programs, APF and NAF funding, and oversight relationship to child and youth programs. Experience working with regulatory, personnel, funding and budgeting proponents at Headquarters Level (with Major Command or Region experience preferred). Knowledge of management analysis, personnel development, and financial programs. Preferred are those candidates that possess a combination of experience and education (graduate degree with course of study in business administration, accounting, economics, or other related management/academic) in Child and Youth Services. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. All answers to the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit. Within the last five years, possess at least three years of work experience as a CYS Coordinator, CYS Program Operations Specialist, CYS Administrator, Financial Management or Budget Analyst -OR- two years of experience in ID CYS or HQ, IMCOM DFMWR CYS at the NF-04 level in multiple garrison CYS positions. Posses at least three years of work experience with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) budget planning and execution.
