Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging content across multiple formats (video, e-learning, written documentation) in collaboration with Training and Product Content teams, utilizing tools like Guidde, Mindsmith, Veed, Paligo, and Confluence
- Structure and optimize diverse content sources to feed our Digital Agent, organizing content architecture and metadata to enable intelligent self-service and autonomous issue resolution for users

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Content Design, Knowledge Management, Digital Learning, Technical Documentation, or a related field
- Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or technical documentation writing is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical proficiency with multimedia and documentation tools, with eagerness to explore AI technologies
- Content architecture and knowledge management understanding to optimize materials for users and AI-powered agents
- Solution-oriented and agile mindset, thriving when switching between teams and managing multiple priorities
- Creativity and user-centricity with strong focus on learning impact

As an intern, you'll work closely with the Training and Product content teams to create and design educational materials that enable users to get the most out of Mirakl's platform.
