- In this role you will:
- Lead facility engineering and maintenance strategy to support GMP manufacturing, R&D operations, and company growth
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of critical systems (e.g., HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, automation)
- Ensure facility compliance with regulatory standards and maintain audit and inspection readiness
- Drive capital planning, facility expansion projects, and infrastructure scaling for commercial manufacturing
- Partner cross-functionally on deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and validation activities
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team while driving continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence
