Make strong contact with the partners. He/she should be strong at situational leadership. He/ She will assist leadership with the management of daily workflow to meet service level agreements, trains, and mentors' staff; provides team statistical reporting to management; QC's high financial and or high impact client experience transactions, in coordination with the US Team handles escalated questions / issues. All activity has direct participant/plan, regulatory and financial impact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manages and monitors daily workflow and staffing; ensures all time and quality standards are being met for the processing of third-party payments for the PEA Team Performs QC for high financial/experience client transactions to ensure accuracy and to mitigate financial risk. With limited supervision acts as team subject matter expert with regards to questions/issues that arise from sales, and internal partners and Sr. Management, researching and responding making independent decisions on how issues should be resolved. Participates in meetings with internal partner, teams and stakeholders to support complex processes and procedure updates. Mentors and motivate junior and new employees by providing training on new and existing operational processes, products, and system functionality; identifies training and development needs. Responsible for the accurate processing, timely set up, ongoing maintenance and monthly, quarterly, annual processing of payments. Primary responsibilities will be: Track record of managing metrics as per the threshold including gain loss Stake holder management - Effective communication with the partners. This also includes internal stake holders from other BU's Escalation management Effective people Management Plan and execute business opportunities cascading to growth Identify career opportunities for the teams Being aware of risk and audit requirements for the teams Work with relevant stakeholders on hiring and onboarding associates Issue resolution Technical The Analyst conducts training on the system changes. Analyzes and interprets legal agreements, fee schedules, plan directives, payment request forms to ensure payments can be supported as requested prior to set up. Utilizes multiple systems including EASY, SAP, OnBase, CIRRUS, PSC and Microsoft Office Project Management / Process Improvements May participate in high level complex projects representing team interests and processes. Develops policies, procedures, and workflow enhancements to ensure an increase in quality and efficiency; updates team processing and reference material and trains the team on changes TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent related experience . REGISTRATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSING REQUIRED: FINRA Series 6 & other industry specific registrations/licenses permitted, but not required Experience, Knowledge and Skills: 8 to 10 years of industry experience and 3-5 years of team handling experience is a must. Knowledge on accounting, SAP and SQL is a must Domain knowledge in 401K industry Good to have ASPPA/SPARK certification Proficient in accounts and reconciliation knowledge Certified LSS (Lean Six Sigma) is a must to have..
