Waiter/Server

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Efficiently handle food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate delivery to guests.
• Offer friendly, discreet, and exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Assist fellow team members in preparation and set up food and drink service in the lounge, ensuring all utensils and amenities are properly stocked and inspected before service.
• Address guest inquiries and make recommendations, including suggestive and upselling techniques, demonstrating deep knowledge of the menu and its offerings.
• Manage all lounge-related telephone and email reservation inquiries.
• Undertake any other administrative tasks within the lounge as needed.
• Previous experience in a fine dining environment is preferred.
• Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products.
• At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably within a hospitality organization.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with guests.
• Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
