Why Hover wants you As a Sales Engineer at Hover, you will play a critical role in shaping how our largest and most strategic insurance customers evaluate and adopt our products. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure customers clearly understand how Hover fits into their workflows and broader ecosystems. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing function within our Insurance vertical, where you'll have the autonomy to help define how we engage customers technically and influence how the team scales. You'll operate at the intersection of customer needs, product innovation, and revenue growth-making a direct impact on our $1M+ customer segment. You will contribute by You will serve as the technical product expert throughout the sales process, partnering closely with Account Executives to guide customers from discovery through pilot execution. You'll lead product demonstrations, scope customer workflows, and ensure that technical requirements are well understood before implementation. You will also act as a critical feedback loop between customers and Product, surfacing insights that shape our roadmap and improve our offerings. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment across customer needs and internal execution. As you build deep expertise across Hover's product suite and its place within the broader ecosystem, you'll help drive more effective and scalable sales processes. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to influence how this function evolves and potentially grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
