About the role
This position is located in the Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Civil Service Talent Management, Talent Mobility Unit (HR/CSTM/TMU). Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading strategic recruitment, retention, staffing, or workforce mobility programs. Experience developing and implementing human capital policies, procedures, and workforce planning strategies relating to details at the Department of State. Experience analyzing workforce programs and leading agency-wide initiatives to improve hiring and retention outcomes. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
