Planner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts concerning planning, logistics, and supply matters.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism, guaranteeing swift resolutions and elevated satisfaction.
• Deliver routine and on-demand reports to clients detailing manufacturing schedules, shipping estimates, and current order statuses.
• Evaluate key performance indicators within the supply chain and assist in determining the root causes of unmet goals
• Engage in ongoing improvement projects aimed at boosting forecasting precision and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Track manufacturing timelines and guarantee they meet the specific delivery demands of the clients.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• No experience with knowledge in supply chain management/Planner function are welcome to apply
• Experience in relevant functions will be an added advantage
• SAP/ MRP knowledge will be an added advantage
• Working Day: Wednesday - Sunday (5 working Days)
• Working Time:
• Wednesday - Sunday (5 working Days)
• 2 working hours Option: 7am - 3pm or 3pm to 11pm
