• Job Description:
• ServiceNow Developer
• Develops ServiceNow standard workflows and provides ITSM system administration, maintenance, configuration, and customization to ensure previously developed customizations continue to function and stay current with USSTRATCOM's organizational and workflow changes.
• Maintains and supports enterprise IT dashboards that integrate information from multiple systems.
• Supports software upgrades, system troubleshooting, and fulfillment of access and applicable change requests.
• Liaises with the architect team to ensure that services are properly mapped and are implemented according to service design.
• WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5+ years of experience
• Masters Degree is desired
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

• The likely salary range for this position is $112,840 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
