Within our Benelux Physical Retail Sales team, we're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to help accelerate growth across some of our most important retail partners. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will play a key role in shaping the commercial success of the Dyson brand across the region. As our Senior Key Account Manager, you will lead the strategy, growth, and execution of Dyson's relationship with key retail partners across Benelux. You will combine commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional brand execution. You will: Develop and deliver strategic Joint Business Plans with key retail partners to drive sales, profit, and long-term growth. Own account performance, delivering ambitious sales, margin, and market share targets. Build accurate forecasts and translate market insights into actionable commercial plans. Lead negotiations with senior retail stakeholders and secure strong commercial outcomes. Drive best-in-class execution across both in-store and online retail environments. Partner with Marketing, Category, Activation, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver successful product launches and campaigns. Use data and category insights to identify opportunities for growth and continuously improve performance. Develop retailer-specific media and activation strategies that maximise return on investment. Deliver compelling business reviews and strategic recommendations to internal and external senior stakeholders. About You Essential Skills & Experience Significant experience in senior key account management within retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced industry. Proven track record of delivering ambitious sales and profitability targets. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and investment planning. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders. Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix organisation. Fluent in English. Desirable Experience managing major consumer electronics retail accounts. Knowledge of the Benelux retail landscape. Degree-level qualification. Fluency in Dutch.
