Job DescriptionYou identify, investigate, and analyze technical issues found during testing. You perform root cause analysis and help drive sustainable solutions that reduce recurring problems. You evaluate solution options, implement the selected approach, and verify the outcome. You contribute to software verification activities according to agreed plans and test scope. You work closely with engineering, product, and operations-related stakeholders to find permanent fixes. You report test progress to the test lead and project team. You identify verification risks early and escalate them when needed. You contribute to continuous improvements that increase effectiveness and efficiency in the verification process. You collaborate in an international environment where cross-cultural communication is an important part of the work. RequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar. Minimum 4 years' experience in automotive embedded systems development. Experience in verification within automotive testing or system development. Experience with Vector tools such as CANoe or CANalyzer. Strong test analysis skills. Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing skills. Good English, spoken and written. Swedish driving license. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment. Nice to haveInterest in cars and experience in driving. Strong communication skills. Strong collaboration skills. Willingness to travel for expeditions and workshops.
