Engineering Team Manager - ADAS - Autosar Work Time - 6 PM to 3 AM IST Help shape the future of mobility. You will be leading the Engineering Team working on Active Safety projects. In particular you will be responsible for: Your Role Managing a team of 10-15 engineers Project delivery planning and execution ownership Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements Streamline SW Development process across multiple Scrum teams, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews across scrum teams and takes corrective actions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets. Ensure proper work hand of between multiple scrum team across time zone. Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics)/Any PG with an experience of 12-16 years #EXP[12-16] Min 13+ years in embedded Automotive Communication Protocol automotive real time software engineering , Good understanding & experience in leading group of Engineers Min 4+ years in leading Project Execution, customer interface experience MISRA C, OOPS, 16/32 bit Controller Architecture with SW Project management experience involving multi-site development A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions Why join us?
