Experience managing software teams of >8 FTEs. Mentoring/people management skills. Lead PoC with emerging AI tools and technologies to evaluate their fit, demonstrate value, mitigate risks, and accelerate innovation in client projects Act as an AI Champion (ideally): promote responsible and effective use of AI within project teams and the broader organization, educate stakeholders, champion best practices, address concerns, and foster a culture of AI-driven transformation PERSONAL PROFILE Conflict resolution & decision-making under tight deadlines Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
