Details : Location: East Area Working days: 5 per week Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 hrs Job scope : Support HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, and record management. Prepare HR letters and maintain employee records, certifications, training schedules, and pass renewals. Handle leave, medical leave, and claims administration. Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Coordinate travel arrangements including visas, flights, accommodation, and insurance. Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide administrative support. Assist with sourcing, event coordination, and other ad-hoc HR/admin duties as assigned.
