Real Estate Lending (REL) Intelligent Automation team is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support the Real Estate Lending (REL) department. We are seeking a Year-Round Intern to support data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, and executive reporting. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create executive-ready reports with key metrics and insights
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and user guides for reporting and other processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and low-code/no-code tools
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support business unit reporting with actionable, value-driven analysis
• Assist with light project coordination (status tracking, action items)
• Utilize effective written and verbal communication to document and present findings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Required Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Technology, or related field
• Interest in the field of Project Management & Business Analysis, Information Technology
• Strong Excel skills
• Power BI experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in data visualization, reporting, and process improvement
• Communication and data storytelling presentation skills of technical material
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Working knowledge of basic project management processes and requirements documentation, awareness of IT software development lifecycles, and/or Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies is a plus
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (minimum of 20-25 hours a week, based on school schedule)
