- You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- A proactive, data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong English skills (read, write, speak)
