We are responsible for internal and external hiring for the bank. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our campus recruitment strategy and participate in recruitment events . You will also independently manage our internship recruitment activities , giving you hands-on experience and real responsibility. Your key responsibilities Campus Recruitment You will be actively involved in our Campus Recruitment planning, events, and initiatives: Support our Campus Recruitment Lead in rolling out a new campus recruitment approach Build tools and reporting to follow up on campus events Participate in recruitment events such as virtual career fairs, presentations, and campus activities Recruitment process Take part in the full recruitment process and support the team with: Opening new vacancies Screening CVs and identifying potential candidates Internship recruitment You will be responsible for managing the recruitment of ING interns: Opening internship positions together with hiring managers Conducting intakes with hiring managers Publishing roles on platforms Screening CVs and conducting phone interviews Preparing and creating internship contracts Act as a first line in to advise colleagues from the bank on HR questions We look for A colleague who is proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
