Purchasing and Contract Management Purchasing goods based on the company investments program and in agreement with the budget owner's department; Working closely with finance, factory, production & IT depts. to ensure that the products are purchased respecting the technical requirements, timetable and containing costs; Negotiating the terms of supply contracts, based on the asset type, including prices payment agreement, warranties and after sales conditions; Entering into an a customized contracts.
