The GTM Engineer is the architect of HHAeXchange's GTM systems infrastructure - responsible for designing, scaling, and evolving the automation and integration ecosystem that drives pipeline velocity and revenue growth. This role goes beyond executing on existing workflows: you will own the strategic vision for how our GTM tools connect, evolve, and compound over time. You will shape the next generation of our automation infrastructure, defining how signals flow across the stack and how systems are built to accelerate revenue motion at scale. This is a hybrid position for members located in New York City Metro areas, with expectations to work onsite 3 days per week to support collaboration and engagement. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $120,000 - $139,000, not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values. This is a benefits-eligible position.
