As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world. There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Handle L2 incidents and service requests related to OKTA (BAU operations) Support user lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver activities) Perform OKTA administration tasks including group updates, policy assignments, and application access Major Incident Management - IDAM Representation on MIM, P1 & P2 Calls OKTA Platform Support 2nd Level - Day to day, policy activities, group updates. Daily Incident Management 2nd & 3rd Level Day to day Service Requests MFA Resets (VIPs, Non Kyndryl Supported OPCO's, escalations) Account Unlocks Application Access Management Third Party Access Provision (Vendors, Partners, Clients) Hypercare Service for new criteria or upgrades Troubleshoot standard MFA, SSO, and login issues Execute approved changes following defined procedures and SOPs Ensure accurate ticket updates, documentation, and SLA compliance Support audit activities by providing evidence and access details Escalate complex or high-impact issues to L3 / SME teams as required Required Experience & Skills 4-7 years of experience in IAM / IT Support / System Administration 1-2 years of hands-on OKTA support experience Good understanding of OKTA MFA, SSO, and authentication concepts Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD integrations Familiarity with incident and service request management processes (ServiceNow preferred) Your future at Kyndryl Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior System Administrator to Architect.
