Requirements

• One year of the required experience for the following minimum qualifications must have been on-the-job experience:
• Three years of experience or training in pipefitting, steam fitting, or plumbing.
• Special or Physical Qualifications:
• Due to the nature of this position and/or position responsibilities this position shall be subject to drug/alcohol testing in accordance with University Policy Statement 67.
• This position requires a valid driver's license, will require an MVR, and is subject to drug screens per PM-33/PS-67/FASOP HR-04.
• This position is classified as a safety and security-sensitive position. These positions are subject to drug screens per PS-67/FASOP HR-04.
• This position is considered emergency essential and may be required to report to campus in times of emergency and/or closure per PS-18.
• Due to the position's physical requirements, a pre-employment physical examination will be required per FASOP: HR-04.

Job Duties: Repair, troubleshoot, modify and maintain utility systems including high/low pressure steam, high/low pressure condensate, fire protection mains, sanitary sewer, compressed air, chilled water supply/return, domestic hot/cold water, storm water, and heating water supply/return.
