About the role

We are a fast-growing deep-tech startup seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and route incoming requests appropriately
  • Track outstanding actions and ensure timely completion
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies where appropriate

Requirements

  • ● Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative
  • Assistant, or Operations Coordinator role
  • ● Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ● Experience using SharePoint
  • ● Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms
  • ● Excellent written English communication skills
  • ● Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • ● High attention to detail
  • ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • ● Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
