- Experience in payments, POS solutions, banking, fintech, or digital solutions , or in complex B2B services environments;
- Proven track record in business development, partnership structuring, and strategic deal execution;
- Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to translate strategy into execution;
- Experience operating in cross-functional and multicultural environments;
- High level of autonomy, with a demonstrated self-starter mindset ;
- Strong project execution and stakeholder management capabilities;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Willingness to travel across LATAM and interact with global teams;
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of ambiguity.
