Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily (including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed).
• Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor-free.
• Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
• Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Experience: At least one year of custodial or cleaning experience.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs .
• Attention to Detail: Self-motivated and able to work independently to keep the property looking its best.

• Responsabilidades:
• Mantener limpias las áreas comunes, amenidades y espacios al aire libre diariamente (incluyendo rastrillar, barrer y palear según sea necesario).
• Inspeccionar y reemplazar la iluminación exterior según sea necesario.
• Preparar las unidades vacantes para nuevos residentes, asegurando que estén frescas y sin olores.
• Limpiar regularmente la oficina de arrendamiento, áreas de recreación, lavandería y otros espacios compartidos.
• Mantener la piscina, el equipo y la calidad del agua para garantizar la seguridad y limpieza.
• Requisitos:
• Experiencia: Mínimo un año en limpieza o mantenimiento.
• Capacidad física: Poder levantar, empujar y jalar hasta 50 lbs .
