Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Cuisine for Uchi Nashville. In addition to day-to-day operations, you'll organize the conception and evolution of the restaurant's dishes through our specials program. We are currently accepting applications for candidates who can temporarily relocate to one of our existing markets to train with us (lodging included). Training available in Austin, TX (preferred), Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Miami, FL, Denver, CO, Scottsdale, AZ, West Hollywood, CA.
