TikTok Shop - Collectibles Account Manager / Business Developer , London

Responsibilities

• The Collectibles operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce Collectibles (Trading Cards, Sports Memorabilia) Business.
• We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commerce operations team in the UK, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
• Acquire and incubate collectibles brands, distributors, and merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
• Solve key challenges in business with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to unlock growth.
• Utilize data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in account management with a focus on category growth, or experience in merchant acquisition and incubation. Knowledge about Collectibles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, affinity with data, logic and strength in problem solving.
• A good team player, a quick learner and open to changes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• UK market experience
