About the role

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Estimating team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. This is a varied role where you will work closely with customers and colleagues across the business, transforming enquiries into successful orders while ensuring a smooth journey from quotation through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally and warmly
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate quotations for standard and bespoke products
- Prepare estimates using pricing templates, calculating bespoke product costs where needed
- Maintain customer records, quotations and orders in the CRM
- Raise stock sales orders in Sage 200
- Produce works order documentation for manufacturing
- Coordinate with colleagues across departments to keep orders progressing smoothly
- Track orders through production and delivery, giving customers proactive updates
- Build a strong working knowledge of JB Corrie's products and manufacturing capabilities
- Occasionally visit customers to build relationships and support business development
- Attend meetings and company events as required
Requirements
- Organised and accurate, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Proactive, with a natural ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP software is a plus
- Background in sales administration, estimating or customer service within manufacturing or construction is beneficial but not essential
