About you: You're a Salesforce Developer who enjoys turning complex business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions. You're comfortable working across the full development lifecycle - from requirement discussions to deployment - and you balance configuration vs. customisation with good judgement. You take pride in writing maintainable code and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to make a real impact. Day to day, you will: Design and build Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, supporting business processes end-to-end and making smart decisions between configuration and custom development Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party systems, maintaining high code quality and adherence to platform best practices Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs, and continuously look for ways to improve and optimise the platform Contribute to improving development practices across the team, including deployment processes, release management, and overall Salesforce architecture and security Your skills and experiences might also include: Strong Salesforce development experience, including Apex (classes, triggers, async), Lightning Web Components, and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL) and familiarity with Agile delivery and version control tools such as GitHub Salesforce certifications are a plus; strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders are equally valued What are we all about?
