The Research Assistant (RA) will contribute to the lab's research on the social psychology of inequality. We are specifically seeking a research assistant to help with ongoing research on social inequalities that impact marginalized groups, including religious and sexual/gender minorities. This is an hourly position, and the RA will report directly to Dr. Al-Kire. Duties/Responsibilities (20%) Fielding online studies (50%) Providing support with general research activities (e.g., data analysis, literature review, writing research manuscripts, etc.) (30%) Performing various administrative duties (e.g., managing the labs' IRB protocols, maintaining budgets, submitting reimbursement requests, managing participant recruiting systems, maintaining lab websites, and maintaining lab emails)
