Senior Executive (Credit Insurance), Direct & Japanese Corporate

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and servicing of the Credit Insurance portfolio
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of policies, invoices, and reinsurance documentation
• Monitor outstanding premiums and reinsurance balances
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
• Maintain reliable underwriting and portfolio data for reporting and management oversight
• Provide structured reporting support to junior and senior underwriters
• Participate at company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/ business.
• Review and improve the Department's operation/ business.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related discipline preferred
• OTHER INFORMATION
• 1-3 years' experience in insurance administration, underwriting support, operations, or policy servicing
• Exposure to accounting, billing, or reinsurance administration is an advantage
• Fresh diploma or university graduates are welcome to apply
