C&S Resident Technical Officer

About the role

Support and undertake all or part of the duties and responsibilities of the SRE / RE / RA as specified. Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project; Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor's method statements, installation and working procedures, Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies Monitor contractors' schedules, day works, site progress, etc. Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner; At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
