Project Manager (B2B)

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Project Management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Contract Logistics would be an added advantage
• Experience managing client facing engagements and building stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Proven project management capabilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting); familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or project tracking platforms is an advantage

Role Summary : The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting B2B projects to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with clients to gather and define business requirements, while managing enquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner. The incumbent is expected to perform data analysis, identify trends and insights, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with the BAU team to optimize operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
