About the role

The Senior Manager, Field Marketing - North America is a hands-on, results-driven marketing leader responsible for driving measurable pipeline impact across the region. This role has a strong emphasis on MSP-facing events, partner recruitment, community engagement, partner demand generation and regional program execution. This role reports to the Global VP of Field & Partner Marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field, demand generation, or channel marketing roles-preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high‑performing teams across multiple marketing functions and geographies.
  • Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, community dynamics, and partner business models.
  • Proven experience driving MSP recruitment, engagement, and event‑based pipeline influence.
  • Track record of achieving marketing‑influenced pipeline goals and partnering closely with Sales to accelerate deal progression.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing, spanning digital, events, content, and partner-led programs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate marketing metrics into business impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Benefits

The base salary range is $160,000-$180,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience.
