Job Scope: Serve as a key guest contact by handling enquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, and ensuring all interactions reflect a high standard of hospitality. Deliver personalised concierge services by assisting with restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, tickets, tours, and offering recommendations based on strong local knowledge. Manage guest logistics including safe luggage handling, storage, deliveries, VIP requests, and coordination with departments to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences. Maintain lobby presence and operational standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and professionalism while collaborating with teams and adhering to hotel policies and service excellence standards. Job Requirements: Previous experience in concierge, front office, or guest service roles preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with professional telephone and face-to-face etiquette. Strong local knowledge of attractions and services, with the ability to handle guest enquiries and provide effective recommendations. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
