QC Supervisor

About the role

Job Summary Responsible for planning and controlling quality activities in given particular disciplines in accordance with quality management system established by QC Manager. Plan, control and perform inspections and tests on discipline Responsible and managing inspectors in the disciplines for which he's Responsible Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare Quality Procedure and Inspection Test Plan Manage work performance on particular discipline as per applicable work process Manage actual result of Quality Performance Indicator Coordinate and monitor with other discipline required to provide corrective action Liaise and solve with clients on Quality related matters such as Quality Issue and NCR, Observation Manage work activity through system management tool (FMCS, SCMS) Education Bachelor's degree or higher Knowledge Technical knowledge in particular discipline and familiar with related international codes and standards Investigate and analyze quality issues based on related international codes & standards so that suggesting resolution Skills enough to establish process and system to utilize FMCS and SCMS enabling systematic quality control and conduct training for its operating Capability of quality system establishment Job Specific Specialty ITP Study Prevention and solving inconsistency Pre-Inspection RFI Management Punch Clear Management Punch Clear Implementation Plant Start-Up Operation Maintenance Final Hand-over Technical Skills and Competencies Quality Management QA/QC Planning Quality Audit QC Execution Communication Quality Training Client Management Communication Subcontractor Management (QAQC) Work Proficiency Our benefits include Accommodation Flight Tickets Medical Insurance Transportation Disclaimer: Samsung E&A does not require job seekers to pay any fees, charges, or security deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
