Location BLH Bronson LakeView Hospital Title APP LakeView Family Care (Suite A) NP or PA-C - Paw Paw, MI Bronson LakeView Family Care - Paw Paw (Suite A) in Paw Paw, MI is seeking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their busy established Family Medicine Practice. Position Highlights: See full spectrum family practice patients Candidate will work alongside two physicians and two APPs No OB or inpatient medicine opportunity Hospital-employed, Full-time outpatient only position Team Approach with Ambulatory Care Manager, clinical pharmacy support, social worker, as well as nurse triage. As a Rural Health practice, we will work with the APP to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:30 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week. Patients of the practice have access to an onsite pharmacy, laboratory and imaging. Nurse Triage service is available after hours and on the weekends and patient call volume after hours is very low. APP will provide call coverage one evening during the week and share call with 17 additional family care providers for weekend and holiday coverage.
