Responsibilities
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations across 150+ bank accounts.
- Review and analyze high-volume cash transactions to ensure accurate recording, classification, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Own the preparation and review of cash-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Manage cash accounting activities during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with a focus on transactional currencies and mitigating FX impact.

- Identify process gaps and control weaknesses, and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation policies, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing cash reconciliations, documentation, and control evidence.
- Assist in strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on reconciliation best practices, issue resolution, and close deliverables.
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including significant experience in cash accounting and cash reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the cash close process.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex reconciliations involving multiple systems, bank accounts, settlement files, currencies, and transaction data sources.
- Proven track record of driving automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies in accounting or finance workflows.
- Strong experience with Oracle, reconciliation tools (like BlackLine), and financial reporting platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
