Responsibilities
- The RD provides consultation and independently screens patients for nutritional intervention, collects and interprets patient health data for in-depth assessment, completes ongoing monitoring and reassessment in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and the health care team

- Previous experience with Acute General Internal Medicine, Neuro, and Surgical patient population, preferred
- At minimum, 1 year practical and related experience in enteral nutrition support
- Comply with the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct according to College of Dietitians of Ontario
- Ability to learn and perform applicable advanced nutrition assessment including Subjective Global Assessment
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
