Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business plan to ensure strategy is translated into sales and market initiatives to achieve sales targets:
- Develop a clear understanding of the industry trends, market dynamics and competition landscape of relevant business in China.

- Report key market trends, dynamics, sales results and progress of key initiatives
- Contribute to global topics, e.g global account management, tools and standard
- Share the message from global forums to local team and implement decisions.
- Contribute to the overall China market management as representative from sales and business perspective, and a key team member.
- Knowledge, capabilities and motivation
- M.SC/Eng. in materials, mechanics or related areas are preferred. Advanced degrees are appreciated.
- 12+ years of successful experience in sales role within B2B manufacturing business, 8+ years sales management/leadership experience of which at least 5+ years within a global organization and as a people manager.
- Proven ability and track record to lead sales team and drive business, with core competencies in the following areas:
- Significant knowledge and practice of sales management (e.g. contract negotiation and management, pricing, distributor management, customer relationship building and maintaining etc.)
- Ability to cope with changes in a positive way, capability to explore and build new business
- Strategic thinking and ability to take pragmatic approach
- Self-driven and result oriented, capability of "problem- solving" and "get- thing- done".
- Capability to cooperate with different functions and team player, able to manage all types of stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
- Good knowledge of MS office systems.
