In this role, you will: Lead & Supervise - Own your work, jump in where needed and provide direction and support to our team of technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards Oversee Daily Operations - Manage workflows, assign tasks, and ensure all maintenance, repairs, and servicing are completed on time Project Management - Keep track of the fleet, prototype builds, and test requests - ensuring we have everything needed to keep the team running smoothly Ensure Safety & Compliance - Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant shop environment by enforcing policies and procedures Optimize Efficiency - Continuously improve technician processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Cross Functionality - Work closely with multiple engineering teams to facilitate building and testing prototypes
