About the Position: Incumbent plans and accomplishes work to include research development, acquisition and implement of simulation programs and upgrades based on policy and regulation. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes 1)Develop effective training plans, 2) instruct and evaluate military personnel on individual ability as an aviator, 3) perform supervisor duties such as supervise, schedule planning, and performance management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS 11 or above. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Curriculum Development Education / Training Program Administration Managing Human Resources Training and Education Analysis Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
