[URGENT] Accounts Executive (Central / 6 Months Maternity Cover)

About the role

Accounting (GL/AP/AR) Posting of accounting entries in SAP systems o Updating records of entries made in the SAP system in excel sheet for easy reference Maintaining proper records in the SAP systems Recording of bank payments and receipts Proper filing of digital books and simple administrations Payment & Receipts Payments for general operating expenses Staff claims (Travelling allowances, entertainment etc.) Corporate Card payments Banking Preparation of online payments via banking system General Support Assist in some month-end reporting documents as required Any ad-hoc assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent Candidates without experience are welcome to apply Able to start within short notice is an advantage Patient, meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiency Able to work well in a team and independently Computer literate with good working knowledge of SAP is a plus Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel Interested candidates who wish to apply for the above positions, please click " Apply now " We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
