PURCHASING EXECUTIVE 💰 Salary: $2,400 - $4,000 per month (Based on experience, qualifications, and performance) 📍 Location Eastern Singapore 🕒 Working Schedule 6 Days Work Week Full-Time Position Job Responsibilities Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities. Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs). Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment purchases. Follow up on production schedules, shipments, and delivery timelines. Handle import, shipping, and procurement-related documentation. Conduct market research and cost analysis to optimize purchasing costs. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and reliable delivery. Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams on purchasing requirements. Prepare purchasing reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
