Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager (Full Set Accounts)

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company's full finance and accounting functions.
• Manage the full set of accounts, including:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Bank Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets Management
• Month-End Closing
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, financial analyses, and performance insights.
• Review and enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor budget utilization and support financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee credit control processes and cash flow management.
• Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve finance operations through system enhancements and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to support financial decision-making and business growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full-set accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in month-end closing and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be advantageous.

Additional Information

Full Set Accountant Manager Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 + Performance Bonus Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm Location: Commonwealth
