About the role
Perido is looking for an IT Support Specialist on behalf of one of our clients, an international company operating in a complex and technology-driven environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall lifecycle, governance, performance, and continuous development of the organization's network services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, and service delivery teams to ensure services meet business needs, contractual commitments, and compliance requirements. The position is placed in Södertälje. Your daily tasks Own and develop the service roadmap for Network Services and contribute to the overall service portfolio roadmap Ensure network services align with business objectives and evolving operational needs Manage the service lifecycle, governance framework, and service agreements Monitor and follow up on KPIs, SLAs, and XLAs, ensuring service quality and timely corrective actions Analyze service performance and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities Coordinate service delivery together with internal teams and external suppliers Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors, and service delivery organizations Manage supplier relationships and vendor performance through established governance processes Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial follow-up, and reporting for network services Ensure compliance with Information Security, GDPR, Privacy, and Export Control requirements Drive continuous improvements through automation, optimization, and operational excellence Your characteristics To succeed in this role, you are a structured and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships. Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- 3-7 years of experience within Service Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Network Services
- Solid experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and service lifecycle management
- Experience managing suppliers, vendors, contracts, and governance processes
- Experience with portfolio management practices
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience monitoring and managing service performance through KPIs and SLAs
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Contract type and hours
- Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-01-29 with the possibility of extension. Start 2026-08-10.
